Our Personal Commitment to You

Our farm has been inspected and food safe certified by Primus Labs in the following areas:

·         Field 99%

·         Picking crews 91%

·         Packing crews 95%

We follow the strictest guidelines set forth by the California government. We report all products used in our farming operation with the California reporting program recognized as the most comprehensive reporting program in the world.

We take great pride in growing and providing you with the freshest most flavorful produce we can. Our organic produce is clearly marked to eliminate any confusion. In 2015 we hope to provide our customers with clear and helpful information on our farming practices and the produce we grow. We invite you to visit our website and follow us on Facebook and Twitter where we personally post information on produce and farming and share our ideas on how we cook with what we grow.

CHERRY CROP FAILURE! Warm weather and a nasty worm as left our trees sick and with no cherries frown

What’s in Season on the Farm

We at Swank Farms practice sustainable farming on all our land whether it is certified organic, transitional organic or non organic. We proudly sell our produce directly to the consumer at our seasonal produce stand and at many farmers markets from Monterey to San Francisco and San Jose to Concord. We also sell directly to restaurants in Monterey, Carmel-by-the-Sea, Carmel Valley, Big Sur and Salinas. Visit “Our Friends” page and meet some of the chefs who feature our produce on their menus.

Throughout the year we sell our produce, salsa and ornamentals at several farmers markets throughout the central coast and bay area. Each farmers market association has a web site that you can visit for dates, times and directions. If you do visit us at one of these markets, look for the Swank Farms banner stating "We grow what we sell".

One of the only place's you can purchase our popular "FRESH" Heirloom Salsa is at one of the Farmers Markets we attend. Come see us and taste for yourself what everyone is raving about!
