APPLE STUFFED MINI PUMPKINS

INGREDIENTS:

Mini pumpkins

Fugi apples, chopped

Golden raisins

Butter

Brown sugar

Slivered almonds

DIRECTIONS:
 

Cut the tops off of mini pumpkins and clean out seeds. Layer chopped apples, raisins, butter and brown sugar in pumpkins. Repeat and top with almonds. Place in a pan. Do not add water or cover pan. Bake at 350 degrees 1 to 1 1/2 hours until fork tender. Serve warm. Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream for an extra special treat. Cut the tops off of mini pumpkins and clean out seeds. Mix chopped apples and a few raisins together and fill pumpkins with mixture. Top with a pat of butter and brown sugar. Repeat and top with almonds. Place in a pan. Do not add water or cover pan.
