Browned Garlic Butter

DIRECTIONS:
Steam cauliflower and serve with browned butter.

 

Making Browned Butter:
In a skillet, melt butter and add several cloves of chopped garlic. The key to making browned butter is to slowly melt the butter over moderate heat until nut-brown in color. Swirl pan to color evenly.

Variations:
Add toasted walnuts and fresh herbs.
Stir in white wine or lemon juice and capers.
